Mi Hotelito is the original section of El Dorado Maroma - though all rooms were completely gutted and rebuilt in 2007 and has since been recently updated. This intimate section consists of suites on both the first and second floor in thatched roof style. All of these rooms are located directly facing the beach and accommodate two guests  maximum. You can not be any closer to the beach.

There is a pool and palapa swim-up bar directly between the rooms and the beach. View our pictures in the Photo Gallery to see the contemporary interior design of MiHotelito rooms. All rooms are air conditioned, with ceiling fan, King Beds or 2 double beds, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, telephone, shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio/alarm clock, safety deposit box, minibar refilled daily with complimentary beer, bottled water, juices, and soft drinks.

MiHotelito rooms feature an oversized terrace or balcony equipped with a bed and privacy curtain, and of course views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, which is only a few steps away. One distinct difference between these rooms and the other categories is that these Do Not have the outdoor shower and only a few have recently received an in-room Jacuzzi.

All of the Jacuzzi Junior Suites at El Dorado Maroma are 580-square feet and have garden views. What sets them apart from the Mi Hotelito section is the romantic private outdoor shower each of these have, plus the indoor Jacuzzi. These Jacuzzi Junior Suites feature the upgrade of LCD TV, and a stylish comfortable living room area, plus a marble top bathroom with double sinks, private toilet cabin, and spacious closets

All Junior Suites have the same interior. What sets them apart are amenities featured on the terrace or balcony and the view.

Honeymoon Suites at El Dorado Maroma are the same as the others except they have enormous balconies without the swim-up features or infinity pool, and overlook the pools and Caribbean Sea, which have views all the way to Cozumel. There is plenty of room on the spacious balcony for the double bed, two lounge chairs and table - perfect for Room Service.
