D'BRICK
D'Brick is the main restaurant at Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. For breakfast you will no limits - omelets, hot cakes, waffles, French toast, Mexican favorites, gluten-free and organic options, plus juices and smoothies. You are covered for variety at lunch with a buffet featuring pastas, ceviches, beef, fish, chicken - all prepared from on a grill. A different nationality dinner is featured nightly, including Brazilian Rodizio (all-you-can-eat-meat carved at your table), Argentinian BBQ Night, Italian, Bistro, Seafood and Mexican - each featured on their exclusive evening.
GULIETTA
The Italian restaurant at Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta is sensational. We went there hungry, and often. Always came away completely satisfied. The a la carte menu is extensive and the antipasto station is more than generous.
LA CEVICHERIA SEAFOOD RESTAURANT
If you enjoy fresh seafood - this is the place. Do not miss it. We've tried about everything on the menu and loved every bit of it.
ROJO CORAZON
The chefs at this Mexican restaurant attempt to incorporate flavors and recipes from every region of the country in an environment surrounded by Mexican decor. The flavors are outstanding - but what else would you expect from a Spanish based hotel chain. Enjoy a tequila or two. Salute.
SERRANO STATION, TAPAS BAR
Tapas make great sharing food between a couple or friends. They do it right here. Not sure what to order? Order it all - it's all delicious. And wash it down with your favorite premium beverage.
SHORE GRILL
This grill is located next to the pool and has everything from a grill you could want - hamburgers, wings, hot dogs loaded with trimmings, chicken ... the list goes on and on. And of course your favorite cold drink. The food and flavor quality here truly exceeded our expectations.
SWEET & DELI
Located in the lobby it is a challenge to pass this cafe without sampling something. Desserts, pastries, paninis, breads and coffee are always here and always fresh. And the Lobby Bar is just steps away.
YUU, ASIAN RESTAURANT
This is a quiet restaurant, perfect for couples. And remarkably YUU is probably a restaurant you will want to repeat during your stay. It's just that good! There are a great variety of Asian dishes available.
