Moon Palace Cancun has become a mecca for music and entertainment, hosting super star concerts by Usher, Shakira, Enrique Iglesias, the Beach Boys, SNL performers, and Ricky Martin. Another exciting attraction at Moon Palace Cancun is the FlowRider Double Wave Simulator, a result of a partnership with Waveloch. With two streams of endless waves guests can simulate surfing, a first of its kind in all of Mexico. This attraction is available exclusively at Moon Palace Cancun. While there is a charge guests can use their resort credit to pay for it.
If that is not enough, Moon Palace Cancun has introduced Dolphinarium, managed by a team of trainers from Dolphin Discovery. Now guests can swim and interact with eight dolphins in a 37,000-square-foot saltwater aquarium without even leaving the resort.

Moon Palace Cancun is a deluxe resort that features a long white sand beach, one of the longest lagoon style pools in Mexico, a spa and golf course to keep everyone happy, and beautiful accommodations inclusive of a private balcony, an in-room Jacuzzi for two, a stocked mini-bar, and liquor dispenser. Moon Palace Cancun does have a seaweed problem - always has and potentially always will, though there is discussion of rectifying it. The staff does a herculean job of combatting it, it just keeps coming. The amenities and features of Moon Palace Cancun more than makeup for that one shortcoming. Anyway, with their 7 amazing pools and 6 swim-up bars beach water seems like less of an necessity.
One of the many features ULTIMATE VACATIONS really appreciates about Moon Palace Cancun is the 7 a la carte restaurants that never require reservations and seldom have a wait. The 16 bars serving premium brand drinks is not a bad feature either. Accommodations in the 2,438 guest rooms are truly deluxe, each includes a double Jacuzzi, pillow-top mattress, super comfortable beds, stocked complimentary mini-bar (beer, bottle water and soft drinks), liquor dispenser filled with premium brands, wireless internet access, unlimited long distance calls to the US from room, and flat-screen LCD satellite TV. And don't forget the 24-Hour Room Service.
There is plenty to do at Moon Palaceat the Kids Club (ages 4-12), WIRED Teens Lounge, 2 Fitness Centers, and courts for tennis, basketball and beach volleyball. And the water sports marina serves up a plethora of non-motorized water sports activities and equipment.

We used to question how Moon Palace Cancun could provide a quality vacation with over 2,000 rooms. After staying here annually and receiving such positive feedback from over a thousand highly satisfied clients, we still don't know how they do it - they just do it. Restaurants, pools and bars are located throughout the resort equally. So not only do you never have to walk the entire resort, you never really notice how large the resort is unless you chose to.
